A good night’s sleep is only possible with a well maintained bed and mattress. Whether your bed is heaped with too many pillows or is minimally spare, it is important to keep beds and mattresses in the top shape. As we all spend 1/3rd of our lives sleeping and staying on the bed, it is crucial to maintain the beds and care for them.

Use a vacuum cleaner to clean below the beds and pillows

Avoid using the bed while eating

Wash bedding with hot water

To kill the dust mites, you need to wash the mattress with temperatures of 130 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold water washing is not recommended if you want to kill the dust mites.
